Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
The core of our Adult Program focuses on the Fundamentals of BJJ which will establish a solid foundation for you to advance through the system. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the single most effective martial art you can learn for self defense. Unlike most martial arts, Jiu Jitsu doesn’t rely on size and strength. It’s all about leverage and joint manipulation. A smaller person could easily use BJJ techniques to defeat a much larger and stronger opponent.
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Classes include techniques, physical drills, games, and live training. At our academy, we emphasize not only the fundamental technical elements of martial arts, but also on character development. In each class, our instructors reinforce the value of being helpful, self-disciplined, and respectful–both in and out of the academy.
BJJ Style Cardio Training
Intense cardio drills intermingled with powerful interval training to rev up your heart rate while shredding calories. Take the option to add weights and we will push you to the next level. This is one workout that will make you feel like a champion at the finish.
Family Owned with a Friendly Environment
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments. However it can be used in some self-defense situations and does serve its purpose.
We have a much laid back and fun atmosphere. We train hard but we have a lot of fun as well. Stop in and see for yourself. We are family oriented have many parents that train with your children.
